TOUR DESCRIPTION
Join us on an unforgettable full-day adventure as we explore the breathtaking beauty of Crete’s coastline and the secluded charm of Gavdos Island, the southernmost point of Europe. Whether you choose to depart from Chania or Paleochora, our comfortable motorboats offers a smooth and scenic ride to some of the most pristine and exotic beaches in the Mediterranean. Dive into crystal-clear waters, unwind on sun-soaked shores, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this unique destination.
Choose from Two Starting Points for Your Adventure:
Option 1: Full-Day Adventure from Chania to Gavdos
Our adventure begins at the beautiful Chania Old Port with a scenic cruise along Crete’s stunning western coastline. As we sail, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of Balos, Gramvousa, Falasarna, Elafonisi, and Kedrodasos. After taking in these iconic sights from the water, we continue southward to our main destination: Gavdos Island—the southernmost point of Europe.
Gavdos is a true hidden gem, known for its untouched beauty and serene, sandy beaches. This remote island is perfect for those looking to escape the ordinary and discover a unique paradise. During the tour, we’ll visit the island’s most beautiful beaches, including Diana, Potamos, Tripiti, Sarakiniko, and Agios Ioannis. Each stop offers you the chance to swim in crystal-clear waters, unwind on sun-kissed shores, and explore at your own pace.
After a day filled with sun, sea, and relaxation, we’ll return to Paleochora, where a private transfer will be arranged (upon request) to take you back to Chania comfortably.
Option 2: Island Escape from Paleochora to Gavdos
For those staying near Paleochora or looking to shorten the journey, you can start your cruise from Paleochora. We can relocate the boat from Chania, allowing you to embark directly from Paleochora’s port. From there, we sail straight to Gavdos Island.
Our adventure begins as we set sail south from Paleochora. Gavdos is a favorite destination for both locals and visitors because of its unspoiled beauty. During this round-trip journey, you’ll visit Gavdos’s stunning beaches—Diana, Potamos, Tripiti, Sarakiniko, and Agios Ioannis. You can swim, sunbathe, or explore the island’s unique landscapes.
After a full day of adventure, we return to Paleochora. If needed, we can arrange a private transfer back to Chania. Paleochora is also a charming fishing village. It’s a great place to spend an evening or even stay overnight to enjoy the local atmosphere.

- Potamos beach
Swim into the crystal clear waters, snorkel, and hike to the river. Cover yourself with the clay that you will find there to make a natural spa! - Dianna beach
This is a tiny beach to the island’s southeast, accessible only by boat. It’s the island’s best beach with amazing clear blue-green waters and caves. - Tripiti beach
Welcome to the southernmost point of Europe! Swim into the great waters, explore the sandy beach, and snorkel between Kamareles. Kamareles are some natural tunnels – caves on the eastern side of the beach. Above Kamareles, remember to take photos on the giant chair, the most picturable place of Gavdos, the southernmost point of Europe. - Sarakiniko
Sarakiniko is the most famous beach in Gavdos. During Summer, you will find many free campers on this sandy beach, secluded with cedar trees. Sarakiniko is supposed to be a naturalist beach. Rest on the sandy beach and have a drink or snack at one of the snack bars -taverns in the area. - Agios Ioannis
