TOUR DESCRIPTION

From the small Port of Falasarna (or Phalasarna), we start this 4 hours private boat excursion to Balos beach and Gramvousa Island. This trip is ideal for those who stay on holiday near Falasarna beach and want to visit these famous beaches by boat. Our first stop is the famous Balos beach, where we anchor to swim and take pictures. We will then visit Gramvousa Island to capture the shipwreck and the Fortress, built on a rock in 1579 by the Venetians, to protect their ships from the attack of Ottoman Corsairs. You can climb to the top of the Fortress for a fantastic view. When the crowded cruise ships arrive, our experienced skipper can take you to other private small sandy beaches around the area to avoid the crowds. On our way back to Falasarna, we will have the chance to admire the amazing coastline of north-western Crete while listening to our favorite music on board.

Alternative option

Commence your excursion from Falasarna Port and conclude it at Kissamos Port. Opting for this alternative, we will arrange transportation back to Falasarna Port for your convenience.

Option 1: The boat departs and returns to the exact location in Falasarna Port: Limani Phalasarna

Option 2: The boat departs from Falasarna Port and returns to Kissamos Port. In this instance, we will facilitate transportation back to the departure point.

However, if you are not staying near the Falasarna area and are okay with driving, we suggest Kissamos Port as a departure point for your private trip to Balos and Gramvousa.
